    Description

    Here's a nice EVERSHARP BANTAM mechanical pencil from about 1934. The pencil is in marbled red pearl and had gold filled trim  which remains on the rings, somewhat intact, but is essentially gone on the tip and on the clip.  The pencil is 3-13/16" long and has a barrel imprint reading  MADE IN USA, BY THE MAKERS OF, EVERSHARP.  The pencil is a tip twist lead advance and operates perfectly. It has a hardened eraser under the cap and a little extra lead in the lead magazine.
